How does the process work?
The process is very simple. You can either complete the online form (orange button above) or call us directly so that we can collect a few details about your house. We will then schedule a time for one of our licensed reps to visit your house for a short walk-through. At that point, we can usually present our Guaranteed Cash Offer to you on the spot. After that, it can go one of two ways:

2.
